Privacy Policy

Ledger (hereinafter "Legder" or "we") regards as of paramount importance the protection and security of information about you. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about how we use your Data, the security measures we implement to ensure their integrity and the rights you have to control the use of your Data.

The Privacy Policy is applicable in the existing relationship between you, User of our Website and Ledger, owner and publisher of the Website. This Privacy Policy applies to the use of any Data we collect or that you provide to us in connection with your use of our Website. We encourage you to read it carefully.

2. In this Privacy Policy, unless the context requires a different interpretation:

  1. The singular includes the plural and vice versa;
  2. References to sections, clauses, appendices refer to the sections, clauses, appendices of this Privacy Policy;
  3. A reference to a person includes firms, companies, government entities, trusts, and partnerships;
  4. "Including" means "including but not limited to";

        Recipients of Personal Data

          18. Personal Data security is of great importance to Ledger.             Miscellaneous

            24. If a court or competent authority considers that any provision of this Privacy Policy (or any part thereof) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or relevant part of the provision will, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted. The validity and enforceability of the other provisions of this Privacy Policy will not be affected.
